Maintenance service

- We will response to all requested within 24 hours and then inform you to solve the problem explicitly.
Warranty period and term
- Product warranty period is 18 months and each product has a quality certificate. Product repairing is free within warranty period.
- The product has been repaired still take the same warranty period. (If the product is replaced into new one, the new one's warranty period is as same as the old one.)
Non-waranty prescription
- Equipment damage resulting from improper operation in the scope of warranty service.
